How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To help us process your request quickly, include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of the material you believe is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it in the App (e.g., user profile, screenshots, URLs if applicable, timestamps, and any other locating details).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response
If we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the reported material and may notify the user who posted it.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated DMCA Agent with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed/disabled and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed/disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court (or, if outside the U.S., a jurisdiction where we may be found) and accepting service of process from the original complainant.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, Verified Vibe may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Misrepresentations
Submitting knowingly false or materially misleading notices or counter-notices may have legal consequences.
